Using the platform

By using UpRework, you agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully as a customer, individual provider, or company account.

UpRework acts as a platform that helps customers discover and connect with providers. We do not become a direct party to every service arrangement or offline interaction.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including account details, service descriptions, booking information, pricing, availability, and communication.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that misuse the platform, provide misleading information, or create risks for other users.

Bookings and service relationships

UpRework helps customers discover and connect with providers, but the actual service relationship is primarily between the customer and the selected individual provider or company.

Availability, pricing, timelines, work quality, materials, conduct, and final outcomes should be confirmed carefully between the parties before work begins.

Providers are responsible for the services they list and perform, while customers are responsible for clear booking details, site access, payment obligations, and communication.

Platform role and limits

UpRework provides a marketplace platform only. We do not control every action, statement, promise, or unwanted act carried out by customers, providers, companies, or third parties.

We are not responsible for misconduct, poor workmanship, disputes, unsafe behavior, property issues, personal conflicts, or losses caused by actions outside our direct platform role, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Users should exercise their own judgment before hiring, accepting work, sharing access, making payments, or continuing a service relationship.

Accounts, content, and updates

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and for activities that occur under their account credentials.

You should only upload or publish content, images, text, reviews, and business details that you have the right to use and share.

We work to provide a reliable experience, but the platform is offered on a reasonable-effort basis and may change, improve, or be interrupted over time.

These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the platform after changes are posted may indicate acceptance of the updated version.
